TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM CULEBRA:
You can get to Culebra by airplane from San Juan (30 minutes) for $105 r/t or you can fly from Fajardo (10 minutes)for $70 r/t or come by the passenger boat (45-75 minutes) or cargo ferry (about 2 hours) from Fajardo $4.50 r/t. Always call to confirm hours.
Flying to Culebra
Fajardo is about 1 ½ hours drive from the San Juan International Airport.
To get to/from Fajardo there are 4 options:
1) You can rent a car one way for approximately $60 plus insurance ($10-15) & a $25 drop off fee
2) You can take a taxi for approximately $75.00 (Al Cuellar 787-590-9001) to $100.00 (airport taxi not previously arranged)
3) You can take the public car system for about $6.00 (can be complicated & take longer-difficult if adhering to a flight or ferry schedule)

Culebra to Fajardo 6:30 am, 1:00 pm & 5:00 pm
