Please READ the reservation & cancellation policy. Because we are such a small property THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you would like to confirm a booking we request a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due upon arrival in cash or with a credit card – VISA or MASTERCARD.
The reservation deposit of 50% of the total stay or 100% for one-night bookings is refundable up to 30 days prior to the reserved dates. Cancellations (including no-show, early departure, or late arrival) made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date do not receive a refund for the deposit amount. Cancellations (including no-show, early departure, or late arrival) made within 48 hours of reservation dates are subject to full payment.
The deposit amounts are non-transferable (e.g. early arrival, change of dates, later arrival). Full balance payment is due upon check-in.

Palmetto Guesthouse General policies & procedures:
Please make yourself at home. Kindly assist us in maintaining the premises clean for other guests by tidying up after yourself.
Parents are responsible for their children, & any damages caused will be charged at the discretion of the management.
Loss or damage of any borrowed or used Palmetto property will incur a replacement fee as designated by the management.
Three keys per room are provided (room, gate, metal front door) & there will be a $50.00 replacement fee for lost keys.
Our check in time is at 1:00pm & check out is at 10:00am on the day of your departure.
The Palmetto Guesthouse has an outdoor shower and offers free, secure luggage storage so you can fully enjoy Culebra on the day that you are leaving if your ferry or airline reservations are later in the afternoon.
All facilities & amenities are for the use of registered guests only during their stay with us.
Registered guests only for overnight stays.
