Palmetto Guesthouse General policies & procedures:
Please make yourself at home. Kindly assist us in maintaining the premises clean for other guests by tidying up after yourself.
Parents are responsible for their children, & any damages caused will be charged at the discretion of the management.
Loss or damage of any borrowed or used Palmetto property will incur a replacement fee as designated by the management.
Three keys per room are provided (room, gate, metal front door) & there will be a $50.00 replacement fee for lost keys.
Our check in time is at 1:00pm & check out is at 10:00am on the day of your departure.
The Palmetto Guesthouse has an outdoor shower and offers free, secure luggage storage so you can fully enjoy Culebra on the day that you are leaving if your ferry or airline reservations are later in the afternoon.
Guests are responsible for payment in full upon check in for their entire stay.
Early checkouts, no shows, and late arrivals do NOT receive any refund unless the room is able to be re-rented. In cases where the room can be re-booked the amount refunded is prorated based on the number of days re-rented. Additionally, a $25.00 handling fee is charged on all cancellations, regardless of re-booking.
Cancellations include portions of rental periods, no-shows, and early checkouts.
- Reservation deposits of 50% for bookings made in advance are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reserved dates.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date do not receive a refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation dates are subject to full payment.
All facilities & amenities are for the use of registered guests only during their stay with us.
Registered guests only for overnight stays.
